FILE REQUESTS
If you need to request access to a physical file from the Department of Planning, please fill out the File Request form and our Administration team will contact you once the file is retrieved and ready for inspection.
Instructions & Fees
Each request requires a $25.00 retrieval fee to be paid upon arrival. If you are the property owner, please bring identification. If you are not the property owner, please bring documentation demonstrating that you have permission from the property owner to view the file.
Please note it may take approximately one week to retrieve the file from our off-site warehouse.
