If you are planning to build, or renovate your home you will need a planning permit.
Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and other drawings are reviewed to determine compliance with applicable building codes.

Plan Review & Inspections
Following a permit issuance, our inspectors ensure that all works follow the approved plans and conform to code.
03.
Final Certification
Once all final inspections are passed, the granting of certificates of Occupancy, Completion or Operation is carried out.
